Evolve has extensive experience in Leading HR Transformation Programmes

As programme lead and key advisor to the Chief Human Resource Office (CHRO), our programme resulted in the implementation of a new HR Operating Model by transforming the HR processes, systems and capability within the organisation.

Evolve have developed and supported Talent Management programmes in the Retail and Pharma Industry.  We engaged with Senior Leadership Teams to design and develop a talent management process. This included the introduction of a performance management and an annual talent review process for the business. 

We believe that Executive Coaching is fundamental to support the ongoing development needs of Organisations.   Evolve provide executive coaching to CEO’s and Senior Executives, tailoring our approach to the needs of both the organisation and the individual. Interim HRD Support​

There are times when businesses require interim support at a senior HR level and wish to consider the effectiveness of their HR strategy and function.

Evolve conducted a review of the HR function for a manufacturing client and provided interim HRD support and guidance to the Senior Leadership team and the HR team.​

Evolve led the HR strategy planning process, ensuring that it enabled the business strategy and vision.​  We supported the CEO in the recruitment and selection of a HR Director to lead the HR strategy and team forward and provided executive coaching to the new appointee.​
