Evolve was founded by Claire Leonard, a professional, experienced and dynamic HR Director, with over 20 years senior management experience in HR Leadership, Business Transformation, Organisational Design and Operations.  A trusted partner and advisor to CEO’s and Senior Leadership Teams with a strong track record in implementing progressive and effective people strategies and complex change programmes. 

Claire has sat on a number of executive boards as both HR Director and Operations Director in large indigenous Irish companies such as Superquinn and Musgrave.  Claire is a qualified Executive Coach who has a passion for helping organisations and leaders to evolve and grow.
