Claire is the Managing Director and founder of Evolve.  She is an accomplished Director of HR with strong strategic, leadership and commercial skills with extensive experience across Business Transformation, Organisation Design, Change Management and various People Strategies including employee engagement, industrial relations and talent management. 

Having worked at Director level for more than 20 years, Claire has have led successful transformation projects, contributing to the growth, prosperity and longevity of stalwart businesses. As an advocate of change, Claire believes that successful transformation programmes involve people, at all levels within an organisation, in a meaningful way.

Claire has sat on a number of executive boards as both HR Director and Operations Director in large indigenous Irish companies such as Superquinn and Musgrave.  She is a trusted partner, who brings integrity, impartiality, professionalism and passion to her work.

Claire partners with organisations, developing agile and adaptive organisational structures capable of withstanding economic and environmental impact.  With experience in unionised and fast-paced environments, Claire has developed bespoke leadership development programmes, tailored to the needs of her clients.

A qualified Executive Coach and member of the EMCC and CIPD, Claire has a passion for learning and for supporting leaders and leadership teams to transform.

Karen Wall

Associate, Accredited Executive Coach & Consultant

Karen is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach with the European Mentoring Coaching Confederation (EMCC). Karen’s experience and unique style brings compassion, authenticity, curiosity and a re-assuring nature to her coaching approach. She is passionate about company culture, diversity and helping companies and individuals to realise their goals, enhance leadership skills and optimise their potentialKaren provides consultancy services to organisations and businesses, helping interdisciplinary and cultural teams to set ambitious objectives and unite in achieving them.

Karen dedicated her career to the Financial Services Sector, enjoying the fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and the personal and professional opportunities it has to offer. Karen is experienced in building and developing relationships with high-value customers. She has built accomplished teams and led successful international alliances. She was responsible for designing and delivering bespoke client training programmes and is experienced in facilitating in-person and virtual workshops for globally dispersed teams. The extensive coaching and mentoring expertise acquired throughout her career have been invaluable to her people management, talent development and leadership skills.

 

During this time Karen worked in Dublin, London, Brussels and South Africa. Working with global teams has afforded Karen a unique insight into the organisational, operational and cultural challenges that international businesses face. She also led key ‘Women’s Initiatives’ programmes including the design and development of the cross-company mentoring Programme Triple FS, which included coaching & mentoring strategies. Karen has also mentored on the 30% Club Mentoring programme.

More recently Karen has qualified in multiple psychometric tools to support her coaching practice. She is EQi-2.0 & EQi-360 accredited, she holds an Emotional Intelligence Certification with Roche Martin and is a TTI Success Insights analyst, certified in professional Behaviours (DISC), Motivators & Talent Insights. Karen is also certified in PRO-D, which is a ‘values based’ professional development tool designed for leaders. PRO-D provides insights regarding ideal roles, keys to improved team interaction, and organizational cultural preferences

Karen is currently studying a Masters Degree in Business and Leadership, which incorporates modules on Executive Coaching, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership
