Organisational Design & HR Strategy Support

Key to the success of any Organisation is an Effective People Strategy.

Evolve HR has facilitated multiple organisational design and Re-Organisational programmes to ensure our Clients and their Organisations, are set up for success for the future.  

We have facilitated the development of an effective people strategy by advising on all employee relations issues. We have led and supported our Clients’ to establish and create cohesive Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), by supporting in the search and selection of new senior executives and providing guidance and coaching to the SLT to enable their continued success.

Evolve have supported several clients in the execution of restructuring programmes that were complex to manage. We have advised CEO’s on how to navigate complex people and organisational challenges  by supporting the CEO in a review of their senior management team and in the search and selection of key appointments. Evolve provided interim support to the HR team ahead of the HR Director appointment.

Evolve have developed and supported Talent Management programmes in the Retail and Pharma Industry.  We engaged with the  Senior Leadership Teams to design and develop a talent management process. This included the introduction of a performance management processfor the business and developing a structured process to enable an annual talent review.

 

We also believe that Executive Coaching is fundamental to support the ongoing development needs of Organisations.
